Here’s the thing.

Unprocessed stress, pain, and trauma don’t just disappear.

They leave imprints, ones that you might even be mistaking for personality. They show up in your body, your relationships, and your day-to-day life.

Hypervigilance.

Over-functioning.

Shutting down.

Past experiences get held in your nervous system and shape how you react, how you cope, and how much space you allow yourself to take.

This is where I come in.
