I started out in the ‘90s as a crisis counsellor in community mental health where I witnessed how systems shape people’s lives. After that, I spent several years as a policy advisor and consultant in primary care which deepened my understanding. In 2008, I returned to counselling as a holistic practitioner, and more recently became a social worker. Today, I bring all these experiences to my work.
